The challenge
A recruitment company needed one platform for candidates, employers and its own staff: job applications, interviews, messaging and screening, on the web and on mobile, running reliably across several environments.
What we built
- A NestJS GraphQL API as the system of record, with separate public, admin and chat schemas
- A real-time chat server written in Rust, with live subscriptions
- Web and Flutter mobile apps, and an admin console that replaced a no-code back office
- AI screening that helps reviewers work through applications faster
- Two-way calendar sync with Google and Outlook for interview scheduling
- Internal tools to explore environments, monitor infrastructure and report on delivery
